Oh, and it may say in the description somewhere, but are you eventually going to add more discussion options than 'view items' and 'bye'? And add some voice acting for these new characters?

lol best mod ever! the grow house and weed is f***in hilarious! honestly ive been looking for something like that. but i ran into a problem nobody talks the only interaction i have with them is goodbye except for the shops i can buy things from them. any reason y? still my favorite mod ever.

Welcome to the wide world of memory holes. What you are describing is what happens in F3 when there is not enough memory to load the textures. Sometimes they 'leech' from nearby textures and other times they appear all black or possibly not at all. I have seen it a thousand times (no, I am not kidding). It is not the mod, it is the game until Bethesda gets it patched. Just shut the game down and reload and everything will be back to normal (until the RAM fills up again).
