I'm gonna repost what I posted on Admiral Shlork's dirt mud and moss mod, because it's relevant here.

What if Bethesda named the construction set Garden of Eden Creation Kit as a nudge-nudge hint to modders, and see if modders and players would actually Prefer to clean up that 'radioactive bombed-out world feel'. (after completing much of the original post-apoc storyline and sidequests, mind you)

It only makes sense, listen to the dreams and hopes expressed by Moira in regards to rebuilding societies. Listen to tape#8 of Dad's Project Purity diaries, explaining the G.E.C.K.

I'm happy to see mods that do these things. I want MOAR!
Mods which, block by block, rebuild, beautify, and restore, with lore explaing why people would want to....rebuild, beautify, and restore. Ya know?

good mod, however sometimes i feel it looks a bit silly with lots of lovely green veg all around a completely destroyed wasteland, at times it does look damn nice tho!, definatly something to mess about with, Cheers
