You've got your 10 from me, my friend! MY GOD this mod looks great now! I'm using the SOTD version and it looks simply magnificent! Not pitch-black and unplayable, but not light as day either. Just a perfect balance between the two
Thank you so much!

This is great, makes the game look so much better, and the nights look better than the previous dark night mod I was using. I just have one question though...is there any chance of adding actual weather to the game using this? In Oblivion, there was rain, thunderstorms and snow, any chance the same could be added here?

Excellent mod! Both day and night look absolutely stunning and realistic, and it's particularly exciting trudging through the wasteland in the dead of night. Thank you for making this.

Good mod, great work.
Nights are dark enough I think, however lights aren't bright enough - everything is filtered to dark. I fired my flamer about midnight expecting a bright fire and it was dulled, just like the lights in Megaton. Is it even possible to fix this?
I agree that overcast would be nice, and real rain.

The lame sepia tones have been fixed, and the coloration separation for my textures is finally viewable. I am eager for the 1.0.15's HDR fix, but even without it, an automatic 10. The blue sky is realistic, since most of the moisture is now trapped in the glaciers that would have extended from the polar caps during the nuclear winter. Also all the pollution would have been 'cleansed' from the air, leaving a crisp blue.
Cheers!

hey again, another rating hehe, i hope that isn't a no-no..
great job again, and i was thinking about what everyone else seems to be asking too, is there any way to make rain?
that would be pretty sweet.. is the weather elements from oblivion usable in fallout... err.. Fellout?
(I have nooo idea how you guys make these mods)
thanks again!
EDIT, and I kinda agree about the fires.. but you mentioned the full fix.. will check it out.
