Great mod, makes the game challenging and a lot more fun.
A few minor features I don't like so much (drug visuals make me a bit queasy for one) but fortunately almost everything can be adjusted to your own preference.

I'm just a bit worried about a few though area's like the mall. I haven't been there yet, but I heard it's extremely hard to get through...

If you really want to feel like you're exploring a post-apocalyptic wasteland, start your game over, install this mod, Project Beauty, Marts Mutant Mod, Fallout 3 reanimated and the terrain pack (as high def. as your compy can afford) and then turn off the lights. You're about to be floored.
