I have given this file my endorsement.
Pretty great mod so far from my testing.
To everyone saying there is no ladder down to the mess hall here is how to find it. Starting from the entrance walk up the car ramp go through the left path through the car take the ladder down the stairs there is a walk-way leading to some bunk beds on the right hand side. In that walk way look at the wall for something you can interact with its a pulley or something with a rope attached to some rubble you pull that and it moves a rubble pile covering the entrance to the mess hall!
There is some major collision issue some object is banging around making all sorts of noise... horribly annoying. I really like how so far every once in a while the fort gets attacked its not often you can go into a defensive position and fend off attacks normally in game so far as I can see.
Also if you have missing textures (giant red "!") you installed it wrong. Extract to a folder on your desktop look closely at the file structure make sure you install it in the same way.
Character Dialog is pretty bad needs some work.
Overall still a cool mod!

I have given this file my endorsement.
Great mod, and although the quests are relatively short they were entertaining. The fort itself is a bit small and could be expanded on, but is great for what it is. My only complaints are extremely minor, being that the NPC's dialogue has grammatical errors and that I kept falling through the openings in the highway near the front (my fault for not paying attention, although you could cover them). Anyway, great mod, keep up the good work.
