Forgive me for writing that essay, didn't even notice it was that much. Anyways, I forgot to rate it.

Very, very well done.
I only spotted one or two minor spelling errors (although I didn't think to remember where they were. Sorry) and one slight mapping error which I expect 99.9% of other users wont spot/wont care about.
The writing is funny and the subject matter is well chosen and touring the different locations kept things fresh.
It was an interesting change of pace from the usual action orientated mods, however I would have liked to seen things mixed up a bit as the constant reading and thinking began to drain after a little while
Finally I'd like to bring notice to the maths problem towards the end. Having the difficulty jump from 0 to male without a father like that was a little bit frustraiting, but cudos for the attempt and well done for trying something a bit different.
-----------------------
Edit:
After reading other peoples comments; I didn't have any problems finding the house in question but then I've played a lot of adventure games in my time
I can see how the clues can be easily missed though so in future I'd make directions a little bit tighter... if thats at all possible.

I played through a lot of the game, so much that I completely forgot about the vague note to Frank. When I finally delved into this quest, I did not realize it was this mod until I was nearly finished. It integrates seamlessly into the game and is actually better than most of Bethesda's quests. While playing I thought, "Why isn't there more content like this????" They could really learn something from you, I think.
Anyway, this is an easy 10. Thanks for a great mod.

Very enjoyable, a really well put together quest! Bethesda needs to take a note from you on quest development, as this work is more polished than the 'vanilla' quests in the game.

Great mod. Rated it a ten. It's nice to once have a quest that's for the minds...not just guns a blazing.
I'll admit just going back to the Supermart and looking around took me forever because I was expecting it to jump out at me.
The only thing that's bothering me is that this employee's house is quite hard to find. >< I keep running in circles thinking I've gone too far or not far enough but I like exploring so it's not really a complaint.
GG, sir!
