I have given this file my endorsement.

Now I can mod out my weapons and still repair them with scrap metal. Truly win.

I have given this file my endorsement.

This program is one of the best modding resources needed to make a conflict free game with mods when used along side FOMM,FOMS and FO3Edit.

1.Load your mods using FOMM
http://www.fallout3n...file.php?id=640

2.Be sure to check FIOP for mod compatabilty patches
http://www.fallout3n...ile.php?id=4968

3.Sort your mods with FOMS
http://www.fallout3n...ile.php?id=3596

4.Reorder the mods that were unknown to FOMS with FOMM

5.Make merged patch with FO3Edit
http://www.fallout3n...file.php?id=637
Dont forget to read the manual
http://www.fallout3n...ile.php?id=8629
by right clicking in the left colume and selecting make merged patch

6.Resolve any left over conflicts with FO3Edit

7.Do master update with FO3Edit (if using Fallout 3 patch 1.5 or later)
by renaming FO3Edit.exe to FO3MasterUpdate.exe

8.play your game

Very nice work.
