Well done. She is a great companion. I'm not sure if it is by design, but she does most of the tanking for my little group.

"How do I remove her default Cruiser outfit, she won't wear any other armor!"

Just tell her you want to trade equipment. She will wear whatever has the best armor rating. If you want her to wear something with a lower armor rating, trade her existing armor to yourself, so that it isn't in her inventory.

After you get the quest update, there will be a new dialogue option to give her wine. Just trading it to her doesn't work. you have to use the dialogue option.
