Looks absolutely amazing.
But the many nifties in there, I can't tell what, cause F3 to run a bit slower.
If it weren't for that, I'd use it as my permanent hideout.

I'm pretty much in awe. This is not ONE OF the best house mods on the nexus. It is THE best house mod on the nexus. My frames descend straight into the bowels of hell when I enter it, but that's my crappy PC's fault, not your wonderful mod's fault.

I found the perfect solution to my player home dilemma...

I added a hatch in my current awesome house that leads to this awesome house. (Yeah, I'm greedy like that)
Now I have an awesome house with a completely awesome basement for zen relaxation.

This home mod is absolutely beautiful. I can't compliment it enough. Kudos and file of the month vote for you sir! Keep up the great work!

Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous. Flawless in functionality and well-integrated into the game, but most importantly, it's probably the most beautiful area in the game. The best house I've seen for Fallout 3, Oblivion, and Morrowind combined.
