i finally downloaded to look at it in-game and it is indeed as beautiful as the screenshots.

i would like to go on and say lots of nice things about it but i am prevented to do so by some issues,

the most saddening of which is a massive drop in framerate for me as soon as i enter the interior cell.

from my normal game settings and 30-40 fps wherever i go (Rivet City Market/Project Purity Endscene excepted) in the Wasteland or DLCs, i drop to 2-4 fps when inside this mod.

i have taken the time to use the console to "disable" certain parts of the mod to try and increase framerate, this was succesful in two cases; the little fire lamp above the workbench and the animated map over the bed (this is a lag monster for me even in vanilla).

disabling these doubled my framerate in the bedroom, but the other end of the Hideout drops framerate still.

the real culprit as far as i can ascertain is the watercascade/fountain effects, but i failed to find the emitters to disable them to check it but they all drop framerate when nearby them.

this saddens me even more, because to make this mod playable (for me) is leaning towards turning most of the cool stuff off...not really a solution, more of a limitation which kills it for me.

as for the other issues, the mannikin being male is redundant for anyone with a female player-character (most of my player's outfits just make his body vanish etc) and comes across like an intruding stalker.

and the fish, they seem incongruous, i would have liked to have seen the pet mirelurk tank to be brutally honest.

flicker wasn't an issue though and neither was a CTD, rock solid installation and implementation throughout.

i am hoping that i have some trifling graphics setting off instead of on (or vice verse) and someone will put me straight.

/me sighs

Feels at home in fallout. Doesn't break immersion IMO. Love it.

Only problem was, I couldn't store my already found bobbleheads in my new house.
Then I found this mod that lets you move them.

I am a happy camper.
Perhaps in the next edition add some more empty shelves.
I like to collect the books, and have a mod that lets me do so. So it would be nice to have somewhere to put them all.

I really like this "home" and I wish I could use it, but the waterfalls give me some minor lag spikes and I simply cannot deal with it. Please release an optimized version.
