I'm really impressed with just about everything in this mod so far and can't even begin to imagine the amount of work you have been putting into it. Can't wait to see the final product

72 Bunker- Megaton or Tenpenny Player home addon
This underground bunker has elevator access, Custom weapon sorters so you can see your weapons on the shelves, And sorters for everything else (Except armor, Coming in version 4), Water sanitizer, Custom weapons and armor. Range to test your skills with many settings to use. Expandable Rooms to customize your bunker layout. Worth checking out.

A Magnificent house! This is by far the most amazing and flexible house I have ever seen!
I particularly love how I have the choice to have a small house or a big house, I also really enjoy the high-tech bunker appearance (without being all dark and tight spaced or broken).
I would however like to mention that the "Chinese Assault Rifle" needs to be placed on its shelf a little more aligned or perhaps "lock" it to its position (like most cases are) Or the shelf items in general.
I would like to point out several glitches and overall problems (and of course other general feedback) though.
First off I would like to state that although the "new save" feature every time I enter Bunker 72 is nice I would really appreciate it if I could toggle it on or off. As its really starting to take its toll over time.
Secondly I would like to say that as a good suggestion you should really "lock" the items in place (the shelf items of weapons) Since i noticed the Pool Cue gets bumped out of place (off its shelf even) after "Chinese Officer Sword" are available. I also noticed that the "Chinese Assault Rifle" can get bumped into and thrown off its shelf if you bump into it (which can be a serious hassle to put back). So in general have all of the "Special weapons cases" locked in place (like any other storage container) so that we don't have such problems.
I would also like to state this glitch ... no matter what there ALWAYS seems to be a "lagging" problem, I know that fallout 3 has its own audio clipping (conflicting audio codecs) and its own visual clipping like that even without this mod but it certainly does make its effects happen faster (meaning you have to restart the game more often).
Last of my suggestions being to add support for all 5 add-on DLC (important) As it can be seriously troublesome to have to organize all of the new items and the like manually (and perhaps separate the DLC items by their own special case/fridge/box for identification purposes)
