Loved the story and the house is quite nice. Personally I prefer a little more room for followers, and it would be nice if there was an armory with displays and room for mannequins. One similar to the armory in PoleCats garage would be nice, but I prefer not having tons of visibly labeled storage(alphabet or visible names, having it named on mouseover is fine) as it makes it feel a little too much like a warehouse instead of a personal display room. Something that would be quite nice is making the static displayed guns containers, so each one would be a visual representation of the items you place inside it.
Anyway, I'll check out the water change you made, just wanted to rate before it reset my timer again

Great Mod!! love the house very believable and right suff in it, Quest was done just as well kept me on my toes!! with a good story line. Had the missing toilet thing but just about to download patch,"wanted to rate first" This mod will be getting some serious use!!. Nice one.

the quest is awesome. i love how you disabled sneak. its a shame how often i found myself turning on the pip boy light, this mod is best played like you stated, walk slowly and dont use a light.
the house is great but the quest is the better part of this mod!!

I have given this mod my endorsement. 2 thumbs up.
I like it, I like it. It is the kind of place I have been looking for. The vault is great as is the house and all its little perks. Not to big not to small. Very nice lay out.

I found no problems at all anywere. It loaded right with FOMM and FOSE and of course toggled ArchiveInvalidation. I did not use the BSO mod file. So iI cant comment on that version.
In the Description you said something about Navmesh problems and using FO3edits master update. I bring this up because im not sure if your mod is Follower friendley or not at this time. I couldn,t get any followers to follow me on to the compound much less into the house. I tried the FO3 follower,SCCcompanions follower,Bittercup follower and the followers from ttomwv Vault 1. Im not sure this is a problem at this time because you never said weather the fort home or vault is follower friendly?
Im not sure I would want to use fo3edit master update just yet because I have read to much negative about it.
