I have given this file my endorsement.
It is just like holidays - a quite relaxing and well designed quest.
Just missing the reggae band and dancing girls at the beaches, hehe

I think one of the strongest points of this download is the excellent scenery. Some of it is on par with Vanilla Fallout 3, and the rest surpasses it.
The story was interesting, and a nice change from other Fallout adventure mods. One gripe I had is that I personally disagree with the Librarian's impression of the Enclave as bumbling fools. I've always viewed them more as a dangerous and mysterious entity (and not to be taken lightly) despite their past missteps. Also, I would have prefered a bit more from the final boss. As the current battle is, whoever gets the first hit with their sword wins. The knockdown effect in particular I didn't care for. Moreover, for being the final villian, he has all the personality of a Molerat. He doesn't try to communicate with the Lone Wanderer at all, despite the fact that he's already been handily defeated (with one swing, at that). An offer to share some of the power he aims to achieve, or even an explanation of what his plans are beyond his simple "kill the princess, take over the multiverse" scheme would be welcome.
The Planar travel aspect of the mod is wonderfully done, and while playing I looked forward to seeing what each new locale would hold.
The loot recieved is a bit over the top. I'm not opposed to recieving powerful items after struggle, but the sword found in the flames of Chaos felt insta-kill cheap, which is a shame, because I looked forward to slaughtering deathclaws with a Daedric Katana. A weapon does too much damage when it obliterates any enemy regardless ofhow my character is built.
Despite any criticism, this particular mod is a gem as it stands. I would definitely download more from the author, and "The Librarian and the Rose of Athena" will remain installed on my computer as long as Fallout 3 is. Thank you, joey2176.
