That varies - and also depends on the kind of equipment you have. If you have some good enchanted weapons, good armour etc they help a lot in Tribunal.
Don't try it at a level < 20 .....I started Tribunal around level 22 and found it hard. Still haven't finished it - got sidetracked into modding

Actually, level 30 is a FAR better idea. And until you're at least level fourty... avoid Gaenor.

Lvl 20 of course pending on what type of charecter your playing, and your playing style. I found it anoyingly easy at lvl 17 with my mage... of course he had certain fondness for a poision 1-6 pts for 30 seconds in 30ft spell and a invisibility spell.

I waited until 20 to start the Main Quest for Morrowind, until 30 for Tribunal, and until 40 until Bloodmoon. And I still had some difficulties.

Uh... I'm not very good at this, but to uh.. handle the Morrowind mainquest I'd say you can handle it at level 20-25 for the final quest. For the Tribunal, a good average would be 30-40 levels, but make sure you have some good equipment, oh and DON'T TALK TO THE CRAPPY LOOKING BOSMER IN THE TEMPLE COURTYARD. For Bloodmoon, I would say 40-50 levels is good. I haven't really tested these out (finished Morrowind at level 40ish, started Bloodmoon and Tribunal in the 70s). This is just from gathered information. The lower level is if you have lots of artifacts and the higher if you are lacking on uber weapons and artifacts.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned difficulty level. A lot will depend on what you set this at. Certainly if set to max I wouldn't attempt Tribunal on less than 40 and probably 50. There are a lot of simple quests but others that contain nasty surprises. Still - if you want a challenge!

Don't know what are you afraid of :bleh:
I am playing at the maximum difficulty and finished Tribunal being level 40-41, no problems. But of cource I was pleased by the challenges I faced compared to the original game, like Gaenor, that mad woman who killed high ordinator, fabricants, when they're many
And so on ...

yeah, listen to Dr.Corbet, AVOID GAENOR, he ripped me off over 100k, forced me to kill him, gold wasnt there, and the high ordinators, slaughtered my dodgy level 27dark elf.
