Ive played the game a few time and every time I knew something just was off , then it hit me the female hawks don't even look it because they don't even hint at a chest.

So...what, are you requesting all armours and such be chosen to show more cleavage? If so, that's not possible at this time; please see the pinned topic at the top of the requests page to see why.
Second; have your future requests make more sense; you didn't even technically request anything; all you did was state a fact.

Where's the fact in what he said? It was more of an opinion .. an ignorant one at that.

I'm with Tikkidew on that. I'm not a fan of back breakers. They seem fine to me. If you want to see some more chest, just grab the nudey mod?

Fact probably wasn't the correct word. I have no problem either with them.

While I can appreciate the thought behind the OP's post (as noted by others, it's a declaration of an opinion, not a request at all...) the in-game look isn't "off".
As someone who has spent considerable time around real women in real armour (military and law enforcement) I can say that while it is manufactured in a wide variety of sizes, it is not made gender-specific. The torso of a woman in armour looks like that of a man in armour.
Now Thedas is not supposed to be the "real world", so armour can look however anyone cares to make it look, but the absence (or presence, for that matter) of décolletage does not make it "wrong".
