I coudn't play with the game when i used your loading order,it's strange but it works only when i put all the dlc files to the end of the list....

Backed everything up and went for the hail marry after nervously contemplating trying this out and it worked even after the new patch and NVSE 1.9. A few issues like the hair and some red markers so far.
Red markers found in: Docs house on the girnnie.
Saloon on top of the pool table.
And on the bridge coming out of the manhole in DC.

Hair issues when I put on a hat I go bald and other NPC'c ass well.
