I would like if u guyz could post links to the BEST plugins(or just names, but it would be more helpfull if u post links)that make Morrowind graphic better,(textures,faces,body...)
There is a lot of posts like this one but i would like if u would put only the best ones...
The reason for this is that i played oblivion ,and when i started playing Morrowind i couldnt play it coz of bad graphics..i knew that morrowind is better than oblivion but i could force myself to play it...Im sure that there is a lot of people tht have the same problem,so plz help .

Better Bodies, here
Morrowind Graphics Extender, TESSource or here
There are head replacers and texture replacers, but the ones I've seen don't match what I want: same look, better quality.

For texture replacers you could select a pack which retextures everything. Here is a nice comparison page. There's also Ultimate Textures, which isn't mentioned on that page.

But instead of downloading simply one pack, it's better to choose individual retextures instead. That way you won't see something you don't like. You could also take one full pack as a base, and then overwrite anything you don't like with individual retextures.

IMO, almost everything made by Connary is good. He is doing new things all the time, so check back at the list every now and then: List

Also:
Plangkye's Telvanni Textures
Westly's Dwemer Retexture (instead of Connary's, if you like)

Texture Fix 1.8, and Bloodmoon texture fix. Just read the description.
Ring Texture Fix. There is no reason why you wouldn't want to use this.
------------------------
That's it for the world/item replacers. For faces I use Vvardenfell Visages. It's pluginless (no esp) too. For bodies use Better Bodies like Abramul said.
------------
Another nice mod:

Ownership Indicator. It makes the crosshair red when you look at an object that is owned by someone else. Requires Morrowind Graphics Extender.

I will add more to the list tomorrow if I think of anything else.

Something like this? (Download here)

You can enable AntiAliasing with MGE. It makes the edges more smooth (smoother?). It has a large impact on performance though.

There's also the N-patch feature of the FPS Optimizer, which makes the shapes of objects more smooth. Screenshots.

Morrowind has too much dialogue to do that, but there are a few voice addons for certain characters in the main quest (and Tribunal main quest): Vivec, Almalexia (Tribunal), Dagoth Ur, Lich Barilzar (Tribunal) and Dagoth Gares. I never tried it myself.

You can also make the player randomly say things that the npc's say in combat 'Die fetcher!' with this mod. Besides the normal races you can also pick 'Old Wizard', 'God/Godess' and 'Dwarf' voices for example. I think some use original Morrowind voices, and some are done by the modders.
