I've yet to patch.......waiting..waiting..will most likely patch if all seems good in the near future. My game works great as is! I rarely get a CTD anyway. My graphix card crashes before my game does.(gets F'n Hot!) and I most definately don't want to lose use of my G.E.C.K. (even if there is a patch for it..still gonna wait) At the time being I'm using the G.E.C.K more than playing the game. So I'm gonna sit at an idle for awile. I won't be creating anything new (as far as mods go)for the public until all this is is settled.

Just my 2 cents

Most Likely his Archive invalidate works fine as per the patch did not break that. The one that comes with FOMM works fine with new patch. I think his ini. file is set to read only. lol quik fix and easy to check.

How many company's are involved with this game? How many way's can there be to disable this game remotely? From the store to your PC, there should be absolutely no problems for any one to deal with. What I see here is a grab for control and the source of the game is caught in the middle of this apparent war of game company controlling parties. How many company's ? Some thing to think about.

Well, there's BlackIsle/Obsidian and a another defunct game company butting heads with the BethSoft corporate beast in the past about who owns 'Fallout' blah blah blah. Fast forward through the lawyers and suits and you have a brokered deal to release an unfinished 'game' using the same engine as FO3 and its game content assets, since none of the BlackIsle/Obsidian people care about releasing a functioning game on their own. And now they are charging for DLCs for an incomplete game world and clueless fans keep pumpimg money down the toilet while chanting the mantra of 'the good old days'.

So by all means..PATCH IT. Blindy trust Steam and Obsidian. They are the shizzle.

There's a guy from S&O watching my house, he thinks I haven't seen him peeking through the blinds....................... I know it's them that's caused my toilet to not flush properly since the 1.3 patch........they sneak into the house at night and eat all the cashews. The killed Jesus, JFK, Elvis & Micheal jackson................

The image says all you need to do, you must go to http://nvse.silverlock.org/ and download the latest version of NVSE which is 1 beta9 that's all.

Well, maybe I am just lucky but all I had to do was update NVSE and my game works flawlessly. I have about 50 mods running.

Best of all my framerate jumped about 40 percent and my game does not lag at all after the patch.

Well I just got boofooed, installed the patch now the geck dont work and I tried to go get the new geck at beth site and got told access denied........Is this for real?

yup it's for real, patch 1.3 "broke" GECK but it says a new GECK update is out but i cant find it and also an NVSE update is out now, now i'm trying to find a way to block my FNV from steam and also a way unblock it any time i want so i won't get forced patches that may brake the game and only get the patch once i know other tools are updated, anyone know how?
