Hello modders.
I've loved the item addition that the DLC has made available for us with the Mage, Warrior & Rogue item packs.
However, the usability of these items is rather limited, at least when it comes to PC gear.
So far I've enjoyed the numerous modders that have released evo-gear and would like to make a request that targets these 3 item packs.
I am generally pointing to the armors and weapons that came in the DLC. Even though Bioware made some of them evo, it wasn't them all.
Thanks beforehand for any modder(s) that tries their hand at this.
Additionally I'd give it a try, but I have no idea how and where to start.
Best of luck

Edit: Checked into this further, so I've rewritten my post.
There are some downsides to this DLC purchase:
- The .erf files are encrypted, meaning the item stats can't be adjusted with overrides right now.
- The included weapon textures appear to be low resolution; they do not seem to be improved by BioWare's high-res texture patch. (Big deal, since you're basically buying the textures).
- Armor pieces are not evolving, so you're only getting very partitioned amounts of use out of them without modification.
- Accessories are evolving, and reasonably cool, but anyone can make accessories.
You can probably add the evolving trait by editing your .das once you've equipped the items, though.
In my opinion, if you buy this, you're more or less buying the textures and models to use for other things.

So, we can (unsurprisingly) borrow the appearance of the new DLC gear by swapping out the templateresref in a .das; the downside to this is that it also borrows the items name and icon, so ideally we'll be able to get ahold of the model ID and item_variations string for each item.

Also, Zbox, sorry for sidetracking your request a bit.
Templateresref for the lowbie Warrior set (for use in save editing):
- war100im_warrior_chest
- war100im_warrior_boots
- war100im_warrior_gloves
You still need to own the DLC, but having the codes might save someone a few minutes.
