I have just bought the and i was wondering if all the dlc`s and bonus content are overpowered

If you're referring to the stuff in the 'Item Pack', then you'll be pleased to know that most of the really good stuff is either level-restricted, (for the things only Hawke can use) or starts off with fairly mild buffs, but 'levels-up' as you play. Looks like the devs are trying to maintain the gameplay balance while providing 'cool gear'.

Personally, I don't care for the appearance of a lot of the stuff, but that's a separate issue.
