Crash to Desktop after clicking on New Game

Hey, all. I'm looking for a bit of help. I can't seem to get a modded Skyrim to work. When I run SKyrim, the start screen loads up fine, and when I click on New it starts to load (I get the 3d model and the bit of text - you know, the normal load screen), and then crashes to desktop.

 

Here's my computer details:

 

• Operating System: Windows 10 (64 Bit)
• Graphics Card: nVidia GTX 970 (4GB), used the Optimized INI settings from the GeForce Experience program
• System Memory: 16GB
• Processor: Intel Core i7-4970 @ 3.6/3,6 GHz
• I have SKSE (Skyrim Script Extender) and the Memory Patch enabled (used the instructions in the S.T.E.P. project)
• I have ENBoost set up according to S.T.E.P. instructions, but no ENB preset
• I recently re-installed the game, and have done a Verify Integrity of Game Cache through Steam.

Both LOOT and NMM are telling me there are no errors, but I'm not sure how much that's worth (I don't actually know what they check and how in depth it is - I'm assuming it's just looking for missing masters).

 

So... any idea what I'm doing wrong? I've played Skyrim much, much more modded than this.

 

If I've left anything out, please tell me. This is my first time asking for help on the Nexus forums, and I want to get it right. Thanks in advance for any help!

 

*EDIT: I forgot to include what the actual problem is. Wow, I'm kinda... out of it, I guess...

As an update:

 

I tried uninstalling all mods, doing a cleanup of leftover files (there were a surprising number of them), verify integrity, and then re-installing the mods a few at a time. I had done this before (without the thorough cleanup, my bad), but this time I think I was successful. For whatever reason, everything was fine until the Fantasy Soundtrack Project. I don't know why it doesn't work for me, but when it's installed I CTD every time...

 

I've got most of the rest of the mods up and running again, so... it looks like I'm okay.
