To change it, you need to open the .mor in GFF Editor.
One way to figure out the color you'd like to switch to is to select one on Hawke in the mirror, then export Hawke's morph from a .das to any existing .mor file you have lying around; use the DA Face Replacer to do so: http://social.biowar...m/project/1457/
Note: you'll need to install the Python framework to use the utility. After exporting Hawke's morph to an existing .mor file, open that in GFF Editor and borrow the hair color string.
Another method would be guesstimation and trial and error by selecting hair color strings from your chargenmorphcfg.xml file.
Get labeled .mor files for DA 2 here: http://social.bioware.com/project/4303
Orsino is nested in the male elf folder as em_orsino.mor
Save your edited .mor file and place it in your overrides folder.
Edit 6/9: simplified instructions. There's no reason to pack a .mor in an .erf if it's just for personal use.

Thank you SO much! <33A .mor's hair color is controlled by line 3 in 23001 MORPH_TINTFILENAMES.

Orsino is nested in the male elf folder as em_orsino.mor
Note that if you mod Orsino (or anyone else), you do not need to retain the file structure in your override. Pack your em_orsino.mor file in a new folder (name the folder whatever: my_cool_orsino_morph), then drag and drop the folder onto Erf Packer. Drop the resulting .erf into your overrides.
