How the Wardens and especially being a Warden in origins was so crappy, but in DA2 the Wardens and being one looks so ludicrously awesome?

If we ever play a Warden again, in DA3 I don't want it unless they make it as awesome as in DA2. Awesome armor and weapons and all please. I don't want to have to be part of another shoddy patchwork weak and junky order.

Hey!?! That was part of the whole "The Wardens were kicked out of Ferelden for abusing their power and only allowed back recently. They're viewed as a kind of mendicant-warrior society, and are barely tolerated" feeling that the writers wanted on purpose. The Wardens from other places (Orlais, The Anderfells...) have the fancy gear and the swagger that goes with being respected and rich for centuries!

Oh, I totally agree with My Warden not geting the respect s/he deserves! Alistair (if he survives, I guess it's Anora if he doesn't) creates this fictional "Hero of Ferelden" to parade to the people, but that's not me! (If I survive... If I don't, then I guess I don't care, do I? )

And in any case, my being a Warden does seem to be lost in the overall message/myth being created.

I hope we never play the wardens again. While it was fun, I had enough of it and just want to move on to other areas like an elf who starts a resistance movement in Orlais and fights for the inderpendence of the Dales.

No more Grey Warden for me either, and since I've seen enough Homo in DA2 no skinny skeleton Elf either.

If it was up to me I want to be a Qunari in DA3 or something, Awesome....

I was actually just hoping DA3 would take us to the Anderfells where could be Grey Wardens again and slap the s*** out of Darkspawn... imo DA2 seriously lacks Darkspawn
