I found a really nice Mod to add 2 New Blood Mage skills from the Database to the Blood Mage Skill Tree... is that anything we can do? or is it Possible to change these Skills because one of them are really slow in casting... i mean this Blood Bolt ...
I want to learn this to make maybe new skills =)

Those are two existing NPC spells that just happen to work for the PC; most of them do not. Creating new skills requires a way to compile new scripts, which for most intents and purposes, requires an updated toolset.

Hm so there is no way without a new Toolset to edit skills?... damn ... and yes just some skills work for Players i tested it already but i like these Bolt skills but the cast time is horrible....
