I started a 2nd file since I wanted Bethany to live from the expedition. When I re-traced every step back to the start of the deeproads expedition i get a strange glitch. When the mother comes and asks to leave Bethany in Kirkwall, I take her out of the party and add in different members. Right when the whole group is about to leave for the deeproads, the screen finishes loading and all of a sudden I'm at the END of the whole deeproads expedition. More specifically, I'm at the part where Bethany starts to get exhausted from the blight and starts dying. The weird thing is, I don't have her in my party and she is NOT visible. Hawke is just leaning and talking towards a blank space where Bethany should be. Is this a glitch, a corruption, or some conflicts with mods i downloaded? The closest conclusion I can think of is that I may have used some mods that adds items to your inventory that could've tampered with the storyline.

I don't know of any mods that might cause this, given the limited potential of modding right now. Are you using any significant mods that are not aesthetic/item/ability related?

Did you start your game from scratch? Have you used any console commands?

I've used a few console commands, mostly just vaddi, addxp. The game was started from scratch, yes, but i guess i loaded it with a lot of different mods and took them out also. I think starting a new game would be better, it isnt that far anyway
