Only six showed in my game, thought there was seven new perks for hh?

I just finished all final exams at the university. I will begin playing honest hearts tonight and tomorrow and gain some ideas. Probably within 2 weeks, More Perks for Honest Hearts should be released. (no gurantee, but that is my plan).
