Hopefuly this will go some where well the rules are the same as any basic RP such as Master of Zooz.
Just 2 things-No flaming and no spamming.Some of the lore is made up,so its not fully based.
The location is set in all of Nirn not just Tamriel.There are 7 deep plots including
1-Main Plot-A daedric cult,DagonsSector(REMEMBER IT IS NOT REAL ELDERSCROLLS JUST BASED ON!!!),is invading Nirn.You can join there side and destroy Nirn,or try and defeat them.
2-Mages Guild-The Mages are in a very large war against the Akivir mages guild,Utereus.
(akivir playable,switch plot)
2-Fighters Guild-Same as mages,war aginst Akivir fighters guild.(akivir playable switch plot)
3-Thieves-With all the wars going on,the thieves take it as a great time to steal from very alert guards,mainly focusing on the city gates
4-DarkBrotherhood-War against the MoragTong,try to defeat them(Morag playable switch plot)
5-Black Dragon(my custom guild)Help regain me back as the rightful leader to the Black Dragon after being kicked out and replaced by an old Bard.
6-Free Roam!!!Make your own quests and guilds(must be verified by me first)
7-Goblin-Try to invade various cities and take them over
Races-Al races in the elder scrolls,including goblins
Custom classes and basic birthsigns
Locations-All of Tamriel,and Akavir

By 'uber' I mean; too powerful armour/weapons/skills/etc (del as appropriate)
Still, people like too have just one plot, it makes things easier.

What, is everyone supposed to have unenchanted equipment?
As for the class, what's wrong with his class? Just because it's a good class doesn't mean anything. I'm sure you could make your own custom class.
Actually, when I first read his character sheet, I was thinking to myself, jeese, this guy is pathetic; he's absolutely weak.
However, I do agree that the story needs a lot of work. 7 paths is waaay too much. You need one quest. Until you get that, no one will join.

It first said 16pts (thereabouts) for 3 secs.

While that is more than any enchantment in Oblivion, this isn't Oblivion. This is an rp thread.
Also, for something like this, technicalities like exact damage aren't necessary, or even helpful. It just adds to the confusion. For pen & paper rpg or video games, you keep track of that, but this is more generalized. Trying to figure out damage values, hp values, defense values, would just lessen the fun...a lot.
My advice is, to simply say the dagger has a damage health enchantment, then make everything else up as you go.
