I found couple of intrestng character presets - source: http://www.dragonage...ile.php?id=1917
The question being, is there any way to transfer them into Dragon Age 2. Considering that some of them require mods e.g.texture, and some other stuff. If any one be so kind please help me out with that.
If this topic was created already please post a link to it and close this thread. Thank you

Welcome, sickepic2!

Take a look at any one of the several (dozens?) you'll find listed under "DA2 Mods - Hair and Face" using the "Category" feature on the right side of the page here: "DANexus". (Note: There are two identical, complete sets of categories. The first is for DAO, the second for DA2. Be sure to scrolll down to the DA2 set.)

Many are replacement .mor files for the NPCs, but many others are .mop files to use when you're creating "your Hawke", (or changing her/his look at the "Black Emporium".) You'll probably see something there you'd like.

I also recommend TerraEx's utility "CharGenMorph Compiler" to allow you to make use of multiple appearance mods.
