I did the same thing, and it still didnt work.
So I searched again on the net and found a video on Youtube.
Not sure if I can add links here so I'll explain what I did instead.
I was watching the youtube video, search for "Dragon Age 2: Enable Developer Console" on youtube to find it.
It turns out I had to add a line to an XML file as well to make it work, or it would not accept it.
Its all explained in the video.

Looks beautiful especialla body 13. I think body 13 could be improved by no clothes on arms and legs and a mini skirt. Is it possible to realize it?

The work you've done making all these models is fantastic, but as someone who is just now getting into this mod, I'm finding the naming conventions for the bodies very confusing and it makes it a little hard to figure out exactly what it is you've got on offer. I'm curious how many different actual different-shaped body MODELS you've got available for download -- not counting the variations you've made by giving them different undies, or jewelry, or tats, or corsets, or whatnot.

I'd like to give different models to different characters to keep their individual characteristics close to what BioWare imagined, like with Isabela being more "buxom" than the other girls and such. Being able to compare just the different body types would be very helpful in figuring out which bodies I like best and which I want to use for which characters.

Maybe counting the body types and their variations in different ways (for instance, Body A-04 for body type A with a black corset) would make for less confusion? Just a suggestion. In any case, thanks for the mod
