The city of Havish, the most recent plug-in I downloaded, is great. The guy who made it shows Bethesda how to do cities and quest
. Never had that much fun as a thief. New Fighter and Mage Guild quest are available too, but you will enjoy it the most as a thief, since there are 20 quest and a main story line to follow.

i really like this mod, but when i use it, it takes my FPS down by so much, if had a ATI 9600 128mb graphic card would it still take down a lot of FPS?Thanks, Lethmoraa.
Nah, RCC4MW actually applies the changes as well as a bunch of water changes and fog setting changes that increase visibility and texture sharpness as well as increasing framerates due to not having to CENSORED with the transparent fog layers.
But Modman's mod *does* mention the .ini changes in it's readme, however only a small portion of the changes match RCC4MW.

It is absolutely impossible for my mod to take your FPS *down*.i really like this mod, but when i use it, it takes my FPS down by so much, if had a ATI 9600 128mb graphic card would it still take down a lot of FPS?Modman's mod *does* mention the .ini changes in it's readme, however only a small portion of the changes match RCC4MW.
RCC4MW edits ONLY aspects of colour in the renderer, and then has ONE modification that affects FPS. The removal of fog layers. Removing the transparency layers will increase your FPS on any graphics card that can run Morrowind.
The last time you claimed RCC4MW was decreasing your FPS, Rathious, you posted a list of almost 200 plugins that you were running along with RCC4MW.
