Firstly greetings everyone this is my first post. Now lets get down to business shall we. Ya wanna get yourself to water (At times you can find water underground by using tcl in the command console) once near water walk or run & then jump & while still in the air hit the scroll button & type in tcl wich will leave you sort of stuck in the jump pose but still able to move around (If you do this while standing still you have restricted movement) then completely submerge yourself in water to the point where you get the oxygen level meter & then exit the water, turn tcl on, exit command console,(this should leave you treading air) turn off tcl & now you should be able to swim through the air also walls.
