LXTheory, can you please show me a screen and name race mods that are installed on your game?
Keresthus, it is made to be compatible with all body-models, however there can be difference with body texture in normal map alpha, so the head can seem oily

LXTheory, looks like Saram or Synx's race is dominating, because I made Bretons for the standard head mesh and standard eyeballs. And in the screen I bet the eyeballs are Ren's. Try to change the order of plugins or deactivate these rases.

Okay, so I tried deselecting Synx and Saram and reording them to no avail, I then tried the same with Ren's hair and eye mod, still nothing, I played with the files a bit and I got another eye to work inplace of the original one, I'm thinking that the texture files for the eyes got corrupted in the process of downloading somehow. I will redownload and hopefully that will fix everything.
Edit: Redownloading didn't do anything, it seems like I have something installed that messes with the head mesh.

Thank you so much for pointing me in the right direction on the pose mod.
For the record Bretons are my favorite race and this is a welcome addition. I am in the process of making a new girl and I cant wait to upload an image to show my thanks. Great work. You really captured the "Breton attitude" with Magnolia.

LXTheory, you can take a look at my new Imperial's mod. There, in the section of comments maybe you will find something for solving the problem. Some people had COBL and it caused eye-glowing. Also someone who downloaded my Ashy Demons had bugs with eyes and later it was noticed that issues with eyes were caused by some other race mod.
Thanks to all for your comments and endoresements!

I have the same problem as LXTheory.
I have tried messing around with the meshes, and same result as LXTheory.

Found a fix after a while.
For the Googly eyes problem.
This is what I did, since using Wrye bash didn't work on this one, even after I tagged it correctly, and loaded it up in the Bashed patch.
The problem is the mesh, in combination with the texture, everyone is complaining about the mesh, while what you need to to can be done so much simpler.
This mod loads a specific set of textures, while loading meshes used by several other mods like for instance beautifull people which dont fit with the specific textures, causing googly eyes.
What you need to do is this:
Find whatever other eye mod you have, go into Data exturesNequam (in the case of beautiful people) Copy 13 of the "Reneye_something.DDS", doesn't matter which.
Then, go to the folder:
DataTexturescharactersLucha'sSheBretonHead and Body
Paste the 13 files, and rename them Eye1.dds - Eye13.dds overwriting the eyes from the She-Breton mod, but will give you the face without the googly-eyes.
This same idea would work for any other eye-googly problem you have, as-long as you know which files the ESP is loading (can be seen in Oblibion mod manager if rightclick and press "view datafiles" on the ESP in the loadlist.
Hope I made someone's day a little brighter.
Edit: Now I got glowing eyes and about 5% of all npcs have black eyes. . . . 5% is livable.
