Alright well I turned off my anti virus and ran OBSE, and it still didnt work.

Try moving the Oblivion.ini file to another temporary place and see if that works.

Alright so I started using BOSS and Wrye Bash and its good. Except when I load my Sharingan/Uchiha Mod (Creates a new race with new eyes.) and when Im in the game, the head is completely invisible and there is only a mouth and ears.
Can you help with this?
Oh, and when I scan for Dirty Edits, this is the report I get:

Oh, yeah sorry I forgot about doing that.
I just used Wrye Bash and Boss.
I really didnt do anything.
But yeah the same thing is happening, I even uninstalled Sharingan and Uchiha Clan and download another and used it.
It still does the same thing.

Should I keep those things in the Bash Tags, or no?

Ok so I removed the bash tags, then tried to play, and it did what it always did, it crashed during the loading bar to gameplay.
I put them back in, and still the same problem.
Here is my load order right now: For mods.

01 DLCShiveringIsles.esp
02 extavegant masks.esp
03 SM_Headbands.esp
04 Sharingan and Uchiha Clan.esp
05 Bashed Patch, 0.esp
