I've already created a .erf that swaps Isabela's head with Zevran's and it works with no problem, but I'm having some problems with swapping their bodies.

Right now I have the head .erf installed and when I go to meet Isabela for the first time in the tavern, it's just Zevran's floating head and an invisible body. I know how to change models using GFF Editor once she joins my party, but I'd like her to have Zevran's model before she joins and gets added to my party list.

If anyone could point me in the right direction here, I would really appreciate it.

I know that Zevran's body code is 20602, if that helps.
