Is it not recommended to use this mod with a brand new character? I would like to try it out but I've lost my save files so in order to do so I would havev to start the game over. Would a level 1 character be able to get anywhere in veleyia?

NO, there are creatures from Bloodmoon and Tribunal. And the other NPC are not so easy. Go to Velayia with 25 level character

Yo yo yo! Creator of Velayia has arrived! Nice forums.
Yeah, it's probably for level 25 and up. Unless your suicidal, try going at level 5.

Let's just say that if you liked the atmosphere of Sea of Destiny and the realism of Sword of Peritha, you'll love every aspect of Velayia...

Has anyone else here tried this mod? I don't really want to go through leveling up another character only to be disappointed with the mod.

I'll give you some facts since I made it.
* It isn't a mission that will take one day. You must use strategy and patience.
* The woods are completely dense and filled with danger.
* There's 15 side quests approx.
* One main quest
* Mature in some areas.
* Tons of sight-seeing.
* Your choice in two houses.
* Finally, a good place to go on vacation.

Hey "ILikeMorrowind" what PC configuration did you use to create Velayia. I have graphic problems in the city.

Marxist male without a father is being incredibly sarcastic here, as he absolutely hates SoD and Sword of Perthia to my knowledge. From my checking out of SoD, it didn't appear to be that good. However, seeing as I have nothing to do with my character on Morrowind, I may load it up and try it.
