I have the same issue with the BSA packaging. Haven't tried it ingame yet as I was editing the ESP so that I may play as Dark Link. Then I noticed the eye DDS did not show in the CS, so I checked to see if the BSA was preventing it from being shown. When opened the paths started at theRoadstrokerAddon or something like that. It could be worth fixing if and when you have the time.

It explains a lot being that I didn't update my own BSA...

Its just that kind of day.

Figured it out; I didn't have them seperated into Meshes and Textures folders; I just selected the folders from the place. Amazing what such a small thing can do to ruin something, isn't it...

This is the first mod I made using BSA archives, since I thought I'd try it, so I guess I can't be expected to be perfect at it haha.

Yeah, it is cool. I mean I have trouble putting textures and models together unless they've been put together already and the most I can do with models is make SoB meshes. The thing with that is every SoB mesh has the same procedure and position, so, to me at least, it is barely doing anything challenging or worthwhile.

On a side note - I like that you had changed the eyes to red, but aren't they bright red and don't they glow? The eyes make Dark Link look evil, and that glowing red eye effect really shows his true nature. Something like theRoadstrokers HoT Vol. 5, where the Evil King armor has the same glowing red eyes; that is how I imagine Dark Link to look. I might try to do something to fix this for myself...

EDIT: Take a look at Dark Link in the user uploaded images. Now that is EVIL!!!

Updated with Linkxp's idea of bright red eyes. 2.3 is compatiable (works with) the Dark Link Enabler.

Thank you for the update. Now Dark Link looks less like having major bloodshot eyes and more like a demonic shadow. He really does look good that way. I think this mod and theRoadstrokers The Legend of Zelda Remake are the best combination of mods for players who are not even that into TLOZ. Of course I cannot really say that because I am a diehard Zelda fan, but you know what I mean. They're really well made.

EDIT: theRoadstroker has now included a scabbard for his TLOZ mod and I just updated my SoB mod for it. If you get the chance you can create a scabbard for this mod too. Just giving you a heads-up if you have not seen his mod recently. He also created an additional hat/hair with a new hair model and texture.

Great job! Also, I finally got the SoB mods updated with the scabbard.

Also realized that all models were the same :P
So I deleted the "Low Res Versions" from both of the SoB mods since they are the same in low res or high res BSAs and made other corrections in the readme and such.

I think you forgot to package the "textures/roadstrokeraddon/shadowlink/main.dds" file

Just sayin'. I just now installed it correctly, and found that the Dark Sword and Shield had no icon through the CS.

Yep. It doesn't exist yet either. I just put a blank icon there for later.

Oh, ok so you are waiting for the next update to do so. Smart. Already got the esp ready and everything. Also, do you plan to PYFFi the meshes like theRoadstroker did? Or have you already done that? I am going to redo the SoB mods to optimize performance for others (not that I have seen a huge improvement in performance from the latest update, but I guess it helps).
