I click package manager and says login (dont think its required is it?, I used it all the time without logging in, mybe another version idk.) Any way I click cancel and all goes good, then I try to install a mod it says make a copy of original "yes" then it crashes. The crash dump message is below. BTW last time it worked was on Windows 7 32bit, I switched to Windows 7 64bit if that helps at all. Other than this the game launches fine and everything.

Fomm 0.13.21

Sounds pretty similar to what happens to me whenever I install a FOMOD. If so, I don't think it's anything to worry about.

I always have to cancel out of the login screen. (I think that's normal) Whenever I say "yes" to making a copy, I get a "Something bad seems to have happened.... " message and, iirc, I get a crash dump similar to what you're seeing and FOMM immediately closes. But, when I restart FOMM the mod in question is indeed in the package manager and I can activate it no problem. There's even a copy of the FOMOD in C:/games/Fallout NV/Mods (I don't actually recall even making that "games" folder?!). Dunno why it happens. I posted about it a long time ago and have seen a few other posts about it since, but I don't think I've ever seen an explanation. Might have something to do with Steam being in the Program Files (x86) folder, but that's just a guess. (I have UAC disabled, as I've read that UAC can screw things up when Steam is installed in that folder, but I still get the "something bad" message and resulting crash nonetheless.)
