He won't teach me how to play the guitar. Everytime I ask he says, "I would like to help, I really would, but I just don't feel like myself..."

Anyone help me please?

Obviously, it is because he doesn't feel like himself. He even tells you such! You'll probably have to wait it out, until he can get his priorities straight and teach you to play the dang guitar!
