:help: this guy told me to find some fortune telling person that got kidnapped by druar . he told me that she was in some barrow but i cant find it.

The place you're looking for is Kolbjourn Barrow, a burial in the Hirstaang Forest that is East and slightly North from Fort Frostmoth, on the side of a small hill with a circular rock formation. Don't confuse it with Stormpfund Barrow, which is on the other side of the hill. Once inside, look for a skull.

And please, if you're going to ask a similar question in the future, at least have the courtesy of telling us the name of the place you're looking for, or at least look in your journal.
