I just reinstalled Dragon Age 2 on my computer after wiping it clean, and it started up fine, customized my characters look, then after a cut scene a little further in before meeting up with Aveline for the first time, my characters face alone with my companions go missing and just leaving the hair. What might be causing this and how can i fix it?

This happens all the time?...Because it happened to me once but the problem disappeared exiting the game and loading it again.
Also if you have conflicts with mop and/or mor files may happen too. For instance having duplicates of the same character in the override directory.
