Yeah, maybe the people who it's not working for have their game installed in a different location.
You would need to open the questionable nifs in nifskope and look at the texture paths. Remove the C:\Program Files (x86)\Bethesda Softworks\Fallout New Vegas\Data part, so it just says textures\...\mytexture.dds.

is mine in the correct/standard place?

is there any way you could, when you have time... take a look at the mod and see if it loads the images, etc. ok for you...? You all have a lot more knowledge and experience than I do... and that would help me figure out how i need to fix if the problem is on my end..

in any event - THANK YOU.

(I do have one question though... what is the best way to make the UV textures for modified files?

PS So, i would have to open up each nif (i have a lot) and change the path to textures\blackbriar textures\nameoffile.dds ? for each one. wow, wish i would have thought of that in the very beginning... thanks for the tip.

If that is the issue, you should just be able to check one. If the path starts with C:\... then you will know that's the problem and have to change them all. By hand as far as I know, I don't know of any other way.

I checked it in nifskope... it has everything /textures/blackbriar/yayasasas.dds so that seems right ?

That seems right, though they should be backslash \ not front slash /.
Maybe the people with issues just haven't installed properly.

I don't believe so, but you can easily check on one that you know is working.

so, i tried that on one item and it still seems to show up for me... so, I'll go ahead and make the change for everything else and re upload the mesh files and see where that leaves things... (so much work to do).. thank you.

Question... do you know how to removed the flag waving anim/sound from the NCR hanging flag.. i used that as a model for an indoor hanging flag but i cant seem to disable the sound/rustling/waving from it.

anyway, i hope that works for the issue - thank you
