My mod idea (The I do not have the skills to make) is a floating castle with a magical entrance.

In short a spell is added that creates a door, this door is a temporary quick-travel to a castle in the clouds. (Think Laputa kind of thing)

This would allow quick-traveling "home" from anywhere, and it would be a house that would not impede any of the surrounding countryside or get in the way of anyone Else's mod.

Travel back to ground level would be teleports to the major cities (Or jump and see if you survive, heh)

What we are lacking in Skyrim are Airships, Gunpowder, Flintlock Firearms?
So many centuries has passed, and there is no advancement in technology at all?
It would be interesting to load a blunderbuss with gunpowder, ball bearings and then fire it? lol
Where are the Airships? :confused:

Footprints

Make footprints in the snow behind where you, npc's and other creatures walk. Would add a great amount of realism into the game.


Better Animations

Improve the jump and walk animation as well as adding new animations for climbing stairs, walking up steep surfaces, falling over and maybe a dodging animation like rolling or ducking.


Realistic Archery

If a NPC who is not wearing a helmet gets a bow headshot then they should be instantly killed and to balance. Also bows should become less accurate but improve accuracy when improved using blacksmith skills. Another idea is to make people walk slower and stumble when they get shot in the leg (or the knee XD )


Toilets

Why do most cities in Oblivion and Skyrim have sewer systems if they don't even have toilets?

I would love this mod but you have to make the city a mixture of all the citys like how soltidute is built on a rock arch or markarth is built in to a caynon or winterhold on a cliff but instead of those a big bay with a moutian near the begging of the bay imagaine a big palace on a moutian side with a city down bellow next to a bay :) it would be pretty beast

I would love a jarl like mod where a city was built on this big bay that had a moutian on the top of the bay on this moutian is a big palace like the blue palace but nicer and bigger there would be a city like soltuide down bellow this moutian it would have a zig zag path frOm this nice beautiful city to this nice formal palace

THE STORY OF THE CITY OF BAYFALL
Long ago high king kiearan bane made a small town near a moutian he had ordered this city to be the capital of skyrim it became bigger than all the citys together after the oblivion crisis the city fell to the deadra the forswron had thier eyes on this city and when the deadra left to help dagon the corsworn took the city you the dragonborn takes the city and decides many thing

THINGS TO DO AS A JARL OF BAYFALL
You will do many things like
•set tax polices
•make offical laws
•decide how to protect bayfall go with the powerful imperials or the brave stormcloacks or pay for soldiers out of your own pocket or do it all your self
•missions or quests will happen durring courts many quests indeed
•harm your people with high taxes, exuctions, drug trades ect. Or help your people tax them fair or help starvtion a risky road of money butbwell worth it

THE LAST MISSION
The forsworn or what ever enemy you make or want with the civil war attacks you and the city of Bayfall your decions will decide you fate

THIS MOD IS POSSIBLE AND WILL BE MADE BUT IT MAY TAKE A LOBG TIME AND SOME THINGS WILL BE DIFFERNT BUT THATS FATES DECSION

Would moving vehicles be possible on whatever engine Skyrim uses? There are a lot of boats and carts in the game; it would be nice if we could use them.

As an expansion on that idea, it would be nice if we could attach a wagon to our horses to carry more loot, ala Daggerfall.

But no. I neither have the time nor the ability to do such a thing myself. :(

I've mentioned this before, so ... sorry for repeating myself, but I guess I'd be happy with a "Better Signposts" mod, like the one in Morrowind. (Not that there's anything wrong with the signposts in Skyrim, I just have a tough time reading them.) I'm usually not in a big hurry to get someplace and like to explore, but still want to know I'm heading in the right direction to my current objective. He, he. (I'm easily pleased)

Also, i would like to see a perk unlock mod so you can keep leveling up and eventually get all the perks. (i don't mean a mod that just gives them to you, i mean a mod that makes it so you can get all of them the normal way)


This mod (link below) lets you change how many perks you start with, how many you gain per level, and allows you to gain x amount of perks, every x level.

It does use ScriptDragon.
When installing script dragon, you put the .asi and .ini files in the skyrim/asi/ folder, and the .dll files in the steamapps/skyrim/ folder.
