If Oblivion supports large scale war, I'm pretty sure the requirement will be pumped up. It's not that similar but you could try it by using console command "createfullactorcopy" to the target NPC to create another NPC.
Or drop Goblin Staff inside any city to watch Goblins versus City Guards! I swear that was really fun!

Age of War? I haven't tried it, but it looks like something worth looking at if you like large battles.

You do realize that's not actually how the true Japanese ninjas look, right? They typically wore normal clothes, or sometimes samurai armour. That image of a ninja became popular because of Japanese opera.

Yes, yes I did. I'm quite aware real ninjas didn't jump from rooftop to rooftop in black attire. But when you think ninja, you think of something that looks like that picture, regardless of historical accuracy or not. I want to experience that kind of ninja in Oblivion.

being able to say/do whatever you want with npc's, would be awesome, too bad it's impossible to make a mod like it
