Okay, so I've followed a few tutorials on YouTube about creating your own area/level, but every time I try to export it withOUT dependant resources (like they do in the video, so I assume that this is how it is done), I get an error saying:

"Cannot load the addins.xml file. Unable to verify"

I have checked the location of 'AddIns.xml' on my computer and it is where it is supposed to be - according to the Toolset wiki. I have the Ultimate edition of Dragon Age Origins and the addins.xml file is completely untouched. Any help is much appreciated, but if I'm unable to solve it, I might have to uninstall and then reinstall the toolset and/or the game.

I've done a search, but I haven't been able to solve my problem, please help me!
