Whenever I try to access the New Vegas Nexus, it redirects to www.newvegasnexus.com/modules/login/do_logout.php?redirect=/cookie.php which in turn redirects to www.newvegasnexus.com/cookie.php and gives a 404 error. I tried going to www.newvegasnexus.com/modules/login/do_logout.php and it said I was logged out, but I wasn't able to see a way to log in from there. The other nexus sites I tried (TESNexus and Fallout 3 Nexus) seem to work fine.

Not Found

The requested URL /cookie.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

TESNexus server is currently down while a bug issue with the latest Kernel updates from RHE is sorted.

It's funny that I just installed Fallout 3 the other day and went to look for mods today, and of all days I chose the day that the site is being updated.

Hasn't been working for me for at least a few days now. I hadn't tried to access it for quite awhile before a few days ago, so I'm not sure how long it's been like that.

edit: after googling "fallout new vegas nexus" I got this working link

All the links changed from newvegasnexus.com to newvegas.nexusmods.com, and none of the old links work any more. I posted about it but I guess it's not worth the trouble to fix. If you change it in your address bar it will work.
