Exactly. I can't access it although for once my internet is not jacking around (they are upgrading that as well and when it is working, as it is at the moment, it is good.) I am just about to reinstall New Vegas on my newly built beast but looks like I'd be better doing FO3 first, especially since I have the GOTY Edition on a disk and no Steaming Pile involvement there.

I haven't been able to access newvegasnexus.com for days, but newvegas.nexusmods.com works. It's a bit of a pain because a lot of links still point to newvegasnexus.com and it's giving 404 errors instead of re-directing like it used to.

I hit a curious 404 error on an old link: it looks to me like some sort of default 404
On my end at least, newvegas.nexusmods.com and newvegasnexus.com both point to the same IP address (and therefore the same server), so if I had to guess, I'd say that somehow or another the files/config lines that would redirect old links to the new domain were lost.

It took me days just to find this thread. Thanks kevkiev and Quetzlsacatanango for the information. A heads-up on the address change would have been nice. But...I have access to the site again, so it's all good.
Suggestion: Site maintenance, shut-downs, (and esp address changes) should have their own sticky. Like: "Newvegasnexus Site Maintenance" etc, etc.
