No, this mod requires OBSE. Sorry. I'll add that to the description.

So to make this work with OOO, I need to disable OOO's torch hotkey via menu?

Actually, to be on the safe side, you'll need to go further than that. If you want to run this with OOO, you'll need to fire up TES4Edit (or the CS, but that would be more difficult) and remove all traces of OOO's drop lit torches feature. Because both this mod and OOO offer a drop lit torches feature, they will conflict.
I'd say this DLT is superior to OOO's, but I'm biased. Your call. It doesn't take but a couple minutes to remove the feature from OOO.

COol - thanks for the reply. Could you be a little more specific in regards to what exactly am I supposed to remove from OOO in TES4Edit? I know my way around it but my knowledge is still rudimentary... Thanks!
And maybe you could add that as part of the readme as many of us are OOO/FCOM users.

Okay. I'll add a section in the readme detailing how to remove all traces of OOO's DLT. Check back later today for the finished readme.

What do mean configure via a menu? Does it add an item to your inventory that brings it up?

@Ghoulz
Basically yes. There is a "Dynamic Torches Menu" item in your inventory.
Click on that to make changes.

Okay malonn:
Liking the mod thus far. Now that you have fixed the Drop Lit Torches part (which is why I checked the mod out in the first place.)
Now for the critiques ('cause that is how we encourage good mods to become even better!)
The Menu:
1. Offers ability to increase brightness increments, but not to decrease them again = bit of a hassle that.
2. Exiting "back" from Colour Tint menu sends one to the Brightness menu, not the main options menu.
3. Decreasing Colour settings below zero has check so that it circles back around to 255, BUT decreasing Brightness below zero causes problems, resulting in it getting stuck at -2147483648
Drop-Lit actions:
4. Either sheathing or unsheathing one-handed weapon, with no shield, with torch equipped, causes torch to drop - even though one still has a hand free to hold it (and you can equip another)
5. Readying fists causes held torch to drop, even though one can still hold torch. (Same issue really.
6. (Sorta, not really, because this I take as a good thing!) Picking up torches equips it when one has hand free, but not when hand full. This is different than DropLit Torches OBSE which equips picked up torches, unequipping weapons to do so. I don't like that, so bravo on that score! (Hmm; the DLT_OBSE mod says it should work like yours in this respect, don't recall it doing so, might have to investigate that.)
Suggestion/Request:
(Especially if #4 and #5 above are 'fixed'/changed) the ability (as in DropLit Torches OBSE) to drop a (another) torch on command. In that mod one can drop extra torches to increase the brightness, and/or drop torches along a path (without all the weapon equipping and unequipping work around.) This is done with assigning a dedicated torch hotkey I think.
