I made a zombie npc, and he is very agressive and he runs the opposite way from me when he is near me, or he just stands still. Do i need an ai package? Do i need a script, or what am i doing wrong? please tell me a way to fix it it. Please reply as soon as possible.

anything i spawn does the same thing, it only works when i'm in bounds in the actual new vegas map. I even made my own map to try it and it still wont work. i even tried default, and they just have the normal sandbox and patrol ai package.

If you want different packages, you have to remove the one that is there and add a new one.
I decided to use your problem as 'practice' (still new), but when I took a character who has a patrol package, I didn't even do anyting with that package. I went to the AI data,. Aggression - Frenzied. Mood - Angry. I checked the 'set aggro' box, and gave a radius of 150.
...And wouldn't you know she attack the hell out of a dog that was in that radius, heheh.

If you go the the AI PAckages, you can delete the ones there, and add other. If you want to investigate presets, to see how some are done, right click in the lined box and choose "add". If you want to fiddle around directly, choose "new".

could u please try the same thing, but out side of the map, cuz mine only work inside, not even in a new world space. I don't get it.

My characters were in a cell completely unrelated to NV. It doesn't even have an exit. I just built it to stick in a couple NPCs and really learn how they work.

It's a package I made specifically for my space. But I didn't need to change it to get the results I got.
If you have a default package, is it pointed at your cell? I know some presets point to references in other cells.
Can you describe the character setup more?

The package was just a basic patrol. If you don't have a patrol route set up, you should use sandbox. OH, I also set her disposition to 0, but I don't know if that makes a difference.
