True they'd have lower counts of mutations, but from my playing experience the irradiated nasties definitely have the evolutionary advantage over what was around before the bombs fell. How are there still Coyotes in the Mojave when those NightStalker things are running around? It just blows my mind. XD As for it not being as bad as most people think, I know it wasn't, but the difference in what came before and what has come since is much greater in this case. I do agree with the General about those on the fringes having an advantage, which is why I think it would have been more realistic to see more powers rise out of Sub-Saharan Africa, South American Amazon, and the Pacific Islands. PS: As for the size issue, I'm looking more at the Chinese, Indian/Iranian, Incan, and South African offenders. South Africa in particular strikes me as odd, but then again I guess it's not too unbelievable that the racial tensions would have died down enough by the time the bombs fell. Seriously, I'm from the South East USA, if we went post apocalyptic I know there'd be a lot of race issues for a lot of people... I'd imagine it'd be the same, if not worse in South Africa. Unless there were Zombies involved in the situation, like actual zombies not feral ghouls. Zombies are about the only kind of disaster that could make the crazies work together, I think. ROFL

For South Africa, oh no. Racial tensions have not died at all. Not for nothing is it called Zululand. They are brutally genocidal to all outsiders, even Ghouls who are black. They're in a war of extermination against New Rhodesia, the white supremacist last remnant of the colonial government. For South America, you'll have to ask Angrod88, since he did South America. I originally left it blank since I'm relatively unfamiliar with the region and its history. For China, I fibbed things because I didn't feel like handling too many at once and hand waved it as 200 years of warlords conquering each other until there were three left in stalemate. Haven't figured out the Persians yet but I kind of wanted to do the Achaemenid Empire recycled as a republic. Similar with India and the Maurya Empire. If you look at a map of back then, they have nearly the same borders. By the way, if you want to see something truly ridiculous, look at DCPD's map on New Vegas Nexus.Anyway, I had considered restoring the Mongolian, Korean, Chinese, and Vietnamese monarchies but decided Communism left the chances of that dead.

Hey so I have this mod:

I think that this would serve as a decent place for the TSC to set up shop. You could then add the background that its location is strategically stronger than any other surface level base of operations and that its new owners have set up so well that D.C, the Citadel and Raven Rock look like doll houses compared to this. Plus this would be a better place for the main beacon on the surface.

I was also thinking that due to the sewer and the underground being awesomely big, you could implement some kind of facility that runs underground?? Also this new place could be more of a Fort than a city and therefore this would be where your troops are trained and deployed on their first run, so to speak. if you could help me to achieve perfection with this mod I would be absolutely grateful. If you are interested, reply to this (I somehow cannot be Pm'd or access the nexus forums!?) and I will give you full permission to edit/rebuild this mod!

You have to sign in again to access the forums and PMs for some reason. I don't know why. It's just that way. Anyway, I would help but I rather suck at this sort of thing. Plus, I'm busy with my own mod for MZC at the moment. One of the things that can happen if you play things right is a fort of allied troops in the Capital Wasteland and several patrols of them in DC, the routes of which would probably take them along all major raider locations. Haven't decided yet. Might not have them engage Enclave and Super Mutant forces, though, because of one mod I made which really makes them rather powerful (Enclave, Brotherhood, and Outcast troops have 240 hp minimum in that mod). It's currently hidden for the same reason MZC was.

first of all i just wanted to say that ur mod is really awsome!!! now i just wanted to suggest somethings for the next update, firstly would it be possible to remove all the alien corpses from Olympus, its just i find it a bit unrealistic that they didnt remove their corpses off the ship so i have to remove them by console commands... another thing is i have also asked myself how did all the people get to posidinous? i doubt they came from the ship... so just maybe explain that... also maybe add crowd sound in posidinous so it wont feel so lonely. and maybe make more lore friendly tech (apart from the alien tech) like TVs and all that (after all it is still the post Apocalypse in the 1950s style so maybe keep to that type of style.also watchable TVs will be cool! XD) last thing maybe wen u r in the mothership and posidinous disable the radios from the wasteland and make ur own radio station like TSC Radio or something with music, news and podcasts! i know a lot of these r nip picks and u r working a lot on the updates but plz think about these things... thank you very much for this awsome mod!!!keep going and well done!!! -SuperGunBoy

There's an addon which creates a TSC embassy at the Lincoln Memorial after doing Head of State. The embassy links to Poseidonis.

yes i know but i find that addon not very lore friendly... i mean why would the slaves let the TSC put an embassy at their territorry... i would acctully like to see a TSC embassy but in their own area and not on someone elses... i dont know mabe they can show a dock by the sea that take citezens there with a submarine or something (like in bioshock) and i dont like the fact the all the citizens have clean cloths and all that (coz they came from the wasteland)
