Have anyone created a mod that is completly cut-off from the game morrowind. i mean; where the map over morrowind is non existing? where people just used TECs and made a world of their own?

There are a few total conversions in progress that I know of. One I have heard of recreates Britannia, the world of Ultima ( don't know any details, sorry) and another, the MEmod, creates Middle Earth according to Tolkien's books. For more information, check out their site.
